Kevina Badoye exhibition comes to close in Pallet

Kevina’s exhibition in Pallet bar is coming to a close, we reflect on this exhibition and the recent artist residency she took up in Fox Yard Studio.

The exhibition L’HOMME features over twenty figurative paintings and drawings by the artist Kevina Badoye. Some of these works were created during her recent artist residency at the Fox Yard Studio which was focused on the male model. In her representational paintings, Kevina explores the emotional complexities of the human subject. Balanced by meticulous brush strokes and loose abstraction, the depicted figures project a narrative of vulnerability and abandonment and embody a raw poetic combination of serenity and sensuality. L’HOMME is Kevina’s fourth solo show and is an opportunity for the visitors to follow the evolution of her painting style over the past year.
